#15 Leopard application of the day (Free)
So, now that you have downloaded apps 25-16, you’re going to need a way to keep these applications up to date. To do this, you can launch the applications and check for updates on each one individually, or use AppFresh. This application updates widgets, applications, preference panes and Apple updates. It also integrates in nicely with your free iUseThis account. If you haven’t been to iUseThis before you should really have a look at it. It’s a nice repository of Mac software with a active community.

AppFresh helps you to keep all applications, widgets, preference panes and application plugins installed on your Mac up to date. All from one place, easy to use and fully integrated into Mac OS X. AppFresh works by checking the excellent osx.iusethis.com for new versions and lets you download and install available updates easily.
How do you keep track of the latest versions for all your installed applications? Apple’s built-in Software Update helps keep software like iTunes and Mac OS X updated, but what about the rest? A lot of applications on your Mac don’t include their own update checker and even if they do, they don’t work from a central place. We believe updating an application should not be done at the moment you want to use it. That’s why AppFresh provides a central place to control the software updates available to your Mac, integrating most popular and most common update checking technologies such as Apple Software Update, Sparkle, Microsoft AutoUpdate, Adobe Updater, osx.iusethis.com and more.
We want you to spend your time using your applications, not keeping them up to date!
In case you have missed the other Applications in the countdown:
